Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a program designed to reduce stigma and promote awareness of mental health issues. It educates workplaces, the general public, and individuals on common mental health challenges and provides a proven action plan to support those experiencing a crisis. The program also equips participants with the skills to have supportive conversations with colleagues, acquaintances, and loved ones.
